ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (FINAL )
•Qualification : Diploma or ITI
•Candidates must have minimum 05 Years of experience in a power transformer factory up to 132 KV to 400 KV class.
•Must have Experience in preparation of Tank, Radiators, conservator, Cable Box’s, Turrets & Fans.
•Experience in OLTC Drive mechanism mounting & Balancing OLTC bushing mounting from 33 KV to 400 KV.
•Core Coil Assembly, Servicing & Tanking, Accessories connection like B Relay, PRV, FAN.
•Aircell fitting in conservator & Commissioning, Erection Commission of Transformers on site, OLTC head Matching & Shunt Fixing inside tank, Gasket Cutting & Pasting.
Checking Oil pressure application & Leakage testing of Transformer.
