Job Description
Kabitaxi is urgently hiring motivated and professional Taxi Drivers to join our fleet in Dubai. We offer a transparent, high-commission earning structure where your income is directly tied to your performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers with Indian, UAE, or GCC licenses to build a career in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
We provide comprehensive support, including an initial allowance and accommodation to help you settle in and obtain your UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers to their destinations.

Provide excellent customer service.

Utilize the company-provided app for trip management.

Work a standard duty shift of 12 hours.
Salary & Benefits

High Commission-Based Earnings: 50,000 – 60,000 INR per month (based on performance).

Earning Potential: “Drive More, Earn More” with a top commission of up to 45%.

Daily Trip Value: Potential to earn up to 625 AED/day.

Initial Support: The company provides 500 AED + Accommodation until you secure your UAE license.

Eligibility & Requirements
