QA/QC Manager is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
BE / Diploma with 12 years in oil & gas industry
Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation. Monitor all quality related activities on the project. Attend client quality management meetings.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager & QC Supervisor. Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s.
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent
Familiar with ISO+9001-2015 requirements
Familiar with codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME B 31.4, ASME Sec II , ASME Sec V , ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec VIII ,API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred. experience in Piping & Pipeline quality inspections

BE / Diploma with 6 Years with oil & gas experience.
Responsible for QA/QC Inspections and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s
Piping/Structure Inspections coordination. Welding Inspection-Pre-Welding, During welding & after welding stages on Inspection.
Witnessing of PQR Welding, Mechanical tests & Documentation
Pipeline Inspection. WPS in accordance with API 1104. ROW & Pipeline Laying Inspection ASME 31.4 & 31.8. Testing and cleaning (pigging, flushing) of Pipelines
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
Familiar with Construction codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.4, API 1104, AWS D1.1
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred
Shall have experience in Pipeline quality inspections

Diploma/Degree with Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas Industry
Maintain all document registers and all document distribution Matrices.
Provide weekly reports on documents received for which replies are outstanding and overdue from Clients.
Provides weekly/monthly reports on document status. Assists in obtaining documentation from sources internal and external to the Project.
Maintains hardcopy and electronic libraries of documentation, with latest revision of hardcopy
for frequently used documentation.
Receive, quality check, log, and process documents from contractor’s document control system, storing electronic versions on Share point
should have good skills in Excel and worked with any Document Management Software.
MAR (Material Approval Report),MRR(Material Receiving report) and DPR (Daily progress report).Send daily, weekly & monthly report to Client.

Mba (supply chain / operation) or be (civil / mech). 15 years experience including 10-12 years in oil & gas.
Skills – purchase, logistics, warehousing, inventory
Management, material forecasting, capacity planning and
Sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, financial Costing, erp.
Must have strong procurement management skills.Experience in creating and conducting rfqs.
Must be able to negotiate legal contracts.Including e-bidding and e-auctions.

BE / Diploma with 5 years exp in Oil & Gas Industries
Estimation of additional work items based on site instruction and submission.
Checks, verifies and maintains records of built/ site measurements and quantifications for further approval from client.
Assist Certification of Subcontractor’s or supplier’s invoices
Calculation of project invoice / Cost for Balance work completion
Assess and prepare claims from suppliers and prepare counter claims and defense.
Preparing financial statements on Actual cost and balance cost for completion of project.Perform in accordance with HSE Standards

conducting Foundation Pad Inspection (If any rotating equipment’s installed on structural members), Anchor Bolt Elevation Check, Mounting Plate Installation Check, Orientation of Equipment’s as per AFC Drawing, Levelling of Equipment’s. Knowledge about internation standards (eg. API686, ASME Sec VIII,API 598, API 6D etc).
