QA/QC Manager

is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
BE / Diploma with 12 years in oil & gas industry
Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation. Monitor all quality related activities on the project. Attend client quality management meetings.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager & QC Supervisor. Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s.
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent
Familiar with ISO+9001-2015 requirements
Familiar with codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME B 31.4, ASME Sec II , ASME Sec V , ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec VIII ,API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred. experience in Piping & Pipeline quality inspections

GRE QC Inspector

BE / Diploma with 6 Years with oil & gas experience.
Responsible for QA/QC Inspections and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s
Piping/Structure Inspections coordination. Welding Inspection-Pre-Welding, During welding & after welding stages on Inspection.
Witnessing of PQR Welding, Mechanical tests & Documentation
Pipeline Inspection. WPS in accordance with API 1104. ROW & Pipeline Laying Inspection ASME 31.4 & 31.8. Testing and cleaning (pigging, flushing) of Pipelines
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
Familiar with Construction codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.4, API 1104, AWS D1.1
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred
Shall have experience in Pipeline quality inspections

Quantity Surveyor E&I

BE / Diploma with 5 years exp in Oil & Gas Industries
Estimation of additional work items based on site instruction and submission.
Checks, verifies and maintains records of built/ site measurements and quantifications for further approval from client.
Assist Certification of Subcontractor’s or supplier’s invoices
Calculation of project invoice / Cost for Balance work completion
Assess and prepare claims from suppliers and prepare counter claims and defense.
Preparing financial statements on Actual cost and balance cost for completion of project.Perform in accordance with HSE Standards.

Lead QA/QC Engineer

BE/Diploma with 12 Years exp in Oil & Gas Industries.
preparation of QA/Qc documents
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent as Minimum.
BGAS-CSWIP PAINTING INSPECTOR GRADE 2 or equivalent as Minimum
Familiar with codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.4, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred.
Shall have experience in Pipeline quality inspections and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s
Responsible for Piping/Structure Inspections coordination. Weld Plans and PWPS Preparation.
NDT Procedure. Review and approval of procedures RT, UT, MT & PT etc.
RT Film Interpretation. Film review of carbon steel and stainless materials etc.
Pipeline Inspection. WPS in accordance with API 1104. ROW & Pipeline Laying Inspection ASME 31.4 & 31.8. Testing and cleaning (pigging, flushing) of Pipelines.

QC Inspector -Structural

BE / Diploma with 6 Years exp in Oil & Gas Industries.
CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent as Minimum.
Familiar with Construction codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.4, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred.
Shall have experience in Pipeline quality inspections

QC Inspector -Equipment’s

BE / Diploma with 7 Years exp in Oil & Gas.
QA/QC Inspections and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s
static/rotating equipment’s installation and alignment Inspections coordination
conducting material receiving inspection Compliance with PO/MR/data
sheet requirements, Inspection release note Tag plate verification Packing list checking.
conducting Foundation Pad Inspection (If any rotating equipment’s installed on structural members), Anchor Bolt Elevation Check, Mounting Plate Installation Check, Orientation of Equipment’s as per AFC Drawing, Levelling of Equipment’s. Knowledge about internation standards (eg. API686, ASME Sec VIII,API 598, API 6D etc).
